I know my username and password but can’t login. What do I do?

You may be logged in but don’t realize it. Click the link on the homepage titled: “Store”. If you see “My Account” you are still logged in to the website. In the future, click the logout button when you're done on the “My Account” page under “Store”.  Closing your browser does not log you out properly.  If you forget to do so, simply click the link on the homepage again “Store” “My Account” and log out.

After placing an order, how do I get it?

After purchase, an automatic email is sent to you with a receipt and download link. Click on the link to download. If you did not receive the auto email, then check your spam or junk email folder. If not there, then email us a request at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will manually send you the link within 24 hours.

I have a 1 year subscription but forgot my username or password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page (Login tab is at the bottom of page). Enter your username or email and an automatic email will be sent with your password. If you forgot your username or email, then send us your first & last name along with the mostly likely email you used at registration to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I have a one year subscription, but how do I find it on the website?

If you purchased a one year subscription you should have received a confirmation email with all of the downloads attached.  Check your spam folder to make sure your email is not there. You can also login (bottom left of homepage). Once you are logged in, click the “Store tab” and then “My Account”. You will then be able to look at previous orders and be able to download from there as well as your email.

How do I change my username, password or email associated with my account?

Login and go to “Store” then “My Account”. Click on “edit profile” and you will be able to change your profile and user settings.
